MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the user who is a member of the website https://www.tripnova.pt (“Member”) and EVERASCEND, LDA (“Company”), whose details are given below, in order to determine the rights and obligations regarding the membership relationship.

1.2 Members

Those who declare their name, surname, email and other information correctly and completely when registering on the Tripnova website is a real person.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the Member's membership to the Tripnova website, the use of the services offered through the site, and the regulation of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

3.1 Membership begins with the completion of the registration form and the electronic approval of this agreement.
3.2 The member accepts that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
3.3 Persons under the age of 18 cannot become members of the site.

MEMBER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The member agrees to use the site in accordance with the law and general moral rules.
4.2 The security of membership information and passwords is the member's responsibility.
4.3 The member accepts that all transactions made through the site belong to them.
4.4 The member cannot engage in behaviors that will damage the site infrastructure or disrupt the service.

5. COMPANY'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1 The Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide the services offered through the site continuously and securely.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to make changes to the services and content when deemed necessary.
5.3 The Company may suspend or terminate the Member's account if unlawful use is detected.

6. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6.1 The member may terminate their membership at any time.
6.2 The Company may unilaterally terminate the member's membership in case of breach of this agreement.
6.3 Termination of membership does not eliminate previously accrued rights and obligations.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the Member is processed within the scope of the Privacy and Security Policy and protected in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and GDPR.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, design, software and visuals on the Tripnova website belong to the Company or are used under license. They cannot be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

9. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated agreement shall be valid from the date of its publication on the website.

10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the legislation of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

By registering on the website, the member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Membership Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
